FOR DISCOVERY
The discovery call is an introductory meeting that helps us get to know you and understand your business, business goals, objectives, budget, and timeline. During this call, we will scope your project to see how we can help.
After our call, we will provide you with a detailed scope of work, timeline, and budget proposal. A further discovery call may be scheduled with you if we have any follow-up questions. The scope of work and proposal will be available for both of us to review, edit, and approve on Google Docs.
Once both parties approve and sign off on the scope of work, timeline, and budget proposal, we will send over a service agreement for you to review and e-sign. At this time, we will also sign NDAs for your project if we discussed them beforehand.
A Battleplan strategy
FOR BETTER FUTURE
After the service agreement is signed, we will assign you a dedicated project manager who will be the point of contact for effective communications between you and our team. They will organize communication channels and keep track of the work process to ensure all work is completed on schedule according to the scope of work.
A Kick-Off call will be scheduled between you and your project manager to review all the details of the project before moving forward. Depending on the scope of work, we will be discussing and analyzing many topics including, but not limited to, website goals and objectives, website concerns, website aesthetics, user flows, site map, current brand manuals, brand assets, etc.
Before designing, it is important for us to understand the content and the story your website needs to tell to its visitors. Content allows us to plan strategic designs, illustrations, animations, and advanced interactions for your website. Content architecture is the foundation of all good UI/UX designs.
A great design is a strategy MADE VISIBLE
Following our pre-discussions, we start doing intensive market research to come up with the most effective strategies of design practices and design systems based on your individual business needs. We will work together with you to create a general creative direction for your business.

You will always be in control and we always appreciate your feedback. Follow the whole process with live links from Figma. Our clients leave us comments on Figma and we revise designs accordingly. We usually provide 3 collaborative revisions per page. Once the design is complete and you are happy with everything, you will sign off on the final design. This finalized design then moves on to development.
Client-centric, scalable DEVELOPMENT
Our developers take the finalized high-fidelity designs to development. Every development is built to follow only the highest internet standards. Whether it is Webflow or custom development, every page will be structured for your ease-of-use in mind. You will be able to follow the whole development phase with demo links provided by your project manager.
We build CMS systems that will be easy for you to maintain. You are not a developer, so you should not be expected to know code to update and maintain your website. If there is a lot of content that needs to be migrated, we will solve it by writing custom scripts to pull data accurately. Our job is to save you time and make your life easier.
We take care of on-page SEO for you. Every project we develop includes:
• On-Page SEO
• XML sitemap
• Robots.txt
• 301 Redirects
• BEM Class Naming & Styling
Cutting the learning curve
BEFORE LAUNCHING
Before sending you your finished project, our internal Q/A team checks all the work done by the developers. They make sure your website is responsive, cross-browser compatible, and pixel-perfect. Once we get the go-ahead from our Q/A team, we are ready to launch.
Depending on the platform you choose to work with, we provide free training and a list of resources to help you navigate, use, and maintain your website. If you have an eCommerce, we will show you how you can easily update inventory, upload new products, and manage your online store. If you have a Webflow website, we will teach you how to use their CMS system to edit the content on your website.
Now, we are ready to transfer the project to you and launch. When we transfer the project, we will create backups for you before launch. Remember, you are not on your own just because your website is live. We are always here to support and assist you with all your online business needs.

After you are satisfied with the general creative direction, we create wireframes for you to review. Once you are happy with the wireframes, our UI/UX designers bring your designs to life on Figma. We usually provide 2-3designs of your website's homepage for you to review.
Once you picked the design you like most, we will continue to design the rest of your website. At this time, our design team will also be working on interaction planning, logo, illustrations, and animations (if you need them.)
